RE: International Student Admissions PHAC – Public Health Agency of Canada

The Public Health Agency of Canada and IRCC (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada) have issued the following information;
The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) and Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) continue to work with provincial and territorial governments on travel restrictions related to international students. Please be advised, that starting on October 20, 2020, international students will be allowed to enter Canada ONLY if their learning institution is included on a list of institutions that have a COVID-19 response plan that has been approved by their provincial or territorial government. International students will only be able to enter Canada if they meet admissibility requirements AND if their learning institution is included on the list. At this time, Super T Aviation Academy does not have an approved COVID response plan in place to meet the guideline for International students. New International students will not be able to attend our flight academy at this time. Super T Aviation Academy will continue to assess the process for International Student Acceptance. We will advise if we are able to accept International Students in the future.
Be Well,

Super T Aviation Academy

COVID-19 Policy

Covid has undoubtedly changed the aviation industry, and we have to accept it – the new normal. We put together a COVID-19 Policies and Procedures document (available at www.tinyurl.com/SuperT-Dropbox) that you are required to read and adhere to as you restart your flight training.

Daily Risk Assessment

Students, renters, clients and staff will be required to fill out a Daily Risk Assessment and Sign-In/Sign-Out EACH DAY before entering Super T facilities.

Click here to complete the Daily Risk Assessment.
If that weblink doesn't work, go to tinyurl.com/SuperT-CovidAssessment.

Masks

Instructors, staff, students and visitors will be required to wear a mask at all times inside Super T facilities.

Student Operational Flight Plans / Weight and Balance Reports

As a way to limit group interactions, we will require students to complete the Student Operational Flight Plan and Weight and Balance Information form online (www.tinyurl.com/SuperT-StudentOFP) and submit it PRIOR to your booking. This form also includes more detailed flight training booking check-in procedures.

Headsets

Regrettably, we will not be able to loan out headsets. We are working on getting discounts for students, but we suggest you start looking for one to purchase.

If you have any questions, please email contact-us@supertaviation.ca or call us at 1 (888) 541-6636.
